At LexClaims, we provide pre-legal consultation and support for individuals and small businesses facing disputes.
While we are not a team of lawyers, we work closely with our parent company, Lexolent, to ensure that any claims unresolved within 14 days are seamlessly referred for further legal action.

This means that if your case requires legal intervention, Lexolent’s experienced legal team will take over to pursue the matter through their established legal channels.

How it works

Get in Touch – Reach out to us via email to schedule your Discovery Call. This is the first step in assessing your situation and seeing if you qualify for our services.

Eligibility Check – You’re eligible for LexClaims if you’ve been left at least £1,000 out of pocket due to a legitimate business transaction (within the last 3 years, in the UK). If we find your case fits, we’ll move forward.

Discovery Call – During this call, one of our experts will assess your claim and provide clear guidance on your options. This consultation is the foundation of your potential case with us.

Case Engagement – If we decide to take on your case, we’ll ask for a £99 case fee to move forward. This fee covers the initial work needed to assess your claim.

No Win, No Fee – If your case is successful and we recover money owed to you, you will pay a 10% success fee to LexClaims. If we don’t recover any funds, you don’t pay a penny. No win, no fee.

Next Steps – If needed, we’ll refer you to trusted lawyers or assist with mediation. We’re here to guide you every step of the way until you receive the resolution you deserve.
